Prepare your class names, section names, and academic year before adding students. Ask your school administrator to confirm the structure and give you the appropriate setup permissions.

Confirm the student, fee period, and applicable charges before creating an invoice. Review the total and payment status, and use the invoice’s download or print option. Contact your administrator if an invoice is missing or needs a correction.

Have the student’s name, class, contact information, and guardian details ready. Check for an existing profile to avoid duplicates, review the information with the family, and ask your administrator to help with records you cannot edit.

Write a clear message, identify the class and intended recipients, and check any dates or attachments before sending. Only include information that is appropriate for every recipient. Ask your school administrator about your school’s notice workflow.

Use the account provided by your school. Check that your email or phone number is entered correctly and that you have an internet connection. If you do not have access to the app or cannot sign in, ask your school administrator or contact support.

Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and enter the email linked to your account. Follow the reset instructions sent to you. If you need help finding your account, contact your school administrator.
